Business Diagnostics

Consulting conducted prior to Planning System workshops to research and analyse the current business situation and identify issues to be addressed in the planning sessions. This comprises financial, product, sales and market analysis of your business.

Implementation Coaching

Ongoing coaching and mentoring sessions following all the Planning Sessions to assist you in implementing your plans by reviewing progress against plan, assessing the adoption of the concepts and tools, delivering the reinforcement required and creating the relevant ongoing action plans.
